General conditions
Prices include our Gourmet half board per person per day.
Rates for short stays +10%.
The tourist tax of 3,50 € has to be added per person per day to the above mentioned prices
Discount for children in parents’ room
up to 2,99 years: 70%
3 to 7,99 years: 50%
8 to 13,99 years: 30%
14 to 17,99 years: 20%
over 18 years: 10%
Extra charges
Double room for single use: + 80% on request
Full-board (min. 3 consecutive days): 30,00 € person/day
Pets: on request (only well educated)
not allowed in Basic, Comfort and Deluxe room
32,00 €/day, without meals
Medium size: 34,00 €/day / Big size: 40,00 €/ day, without meals
Please bring a cover and basket for your dog.
You can have dinner with your dog in our tyrolean - stube (limited places)
Any damage caused by the dog has to be payed by the owner at the check out.
Deduction for B/B: -10,00 €/person/day. Meals have to be cancelled within 10.30 a.m. otherwise they won’t be deducted.

To secure Your booking we kindly ask for a deposit. Payments accepted are credit card and bank draft (Cassa di Risparmio di San Candido IBAN = IT42 I060 4558 7900 0000 00 30 000 Bic number = CRBZIT2B078)
Cancellation policy:
15 days prior arrival = free cancellation
14 – 11 days prior arrival = 30%,
10 – 4 days prior arrival = 50%,
3 – 0 days = 100%
In case of earlier departure 100% of the total sum has to pe paid + the days actually spent.
The deposit paid will be retained in any case
and frozen for a subsequent period according to company policy.
Every year from 26.12. - 05.01. , Carnaval, Easter and from 09.08 - 22.08. free cancellation is 22 days before arrival.
21 - 15 days prior arrival = 30%
14 - 7 days prior arrival = 50%,
6 - 0 days = 100%

Travel assurance
Though still existing pandemic status the European Travel Insurance covers in case of Corona illness since May 29 th 2020. More detailled information here.
